• How can I make storytelling more accessible to children with SLCN?

    Stories, once passed on through generations by word of mouth, are now stored within the pages of our favourite books, whisking us off into our imagination (with a moral or two along the way!). This wonderful day is a real opportunity to engage with children and their imaginations, sharing your favourite childhood books with them and discovering new tales. Children with SLCN may find engaging in these activities much more difficult, so how can we make this experience more accessible to these children?
